Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to me and are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, so I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 30% of the scheduled service total. • No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. • If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, I may need to reschedule your appointment or forfeit your blow dry and a late cancellation fee may apply. All fees must be paid before booking your next appointment. By booking with me, you agree to these terms and understand that this policy helps protect my time and business.
